The full policy is still being written. The two things people ask about most — cookies, and what you can do with your own data — are already settled, so they're set out here.
Cookies
We set two cookies. Both are needed for the site to work, neither tracks you, and nothing here is shared with anyone else. We don't run analytics or advertising scripts, so there's no banner to click.
- Your session
- Keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Cleared when you log out.
- Your theme
- Remembers whether you chose the light or dark look.
Your data
You can take a copy of everything we hold about you, or close your account, from your settings — no need to ask us.
- Download your data — one JSON file with your account, your profiles, your orders, the messages you've sent and the reviews you've written.
- Delete your account — your profile and listings go straight away. Orders and reviews stay, because other people's records point at them. Your personal details are erased for good after 30 days.
- Choose what we email you — though we'll always email you about your account and your money.
